There was just a recent post on the Arizona Hunting Today Facebook page selling 100 new Winchester cases and 60 loaded rounds of 95 gr for $250.

You'd be hard found to buy clips, pry never ever find a clip of 243 wssm. Might find some ammo to load load your mag box though, just maybe!.
