SC Rez Lottery Drawing for 2017-18 seasons

Lottery opened yesterday and will close on January 28th, 2017 with the drawing held on February 1st, 2017.

 

$26 app fee, one entry per person per hunt.

 

NOV Coues Deer: November 18-26, 2017.

 

JAN Coues Deer: 1st hunt Dec. 30, 2017 - January 5, 2018.

2nd hunt Jan. 6 - 12, 2018.

3rd hunt Jan. 13 - 19, 2018.

R-100/C hunt December 30, 2017 - January 19, 2018.

 

No Bear lottery this year, still guide required.

 

All other dates and prices for the 2017-2018 hunting season can be found on the department website www.scatrecreation.org under the "Trophy Hunting" tab.

How do you put in? Never done anything on the res so appreciate info.

Go to the website and print out the form, fill it out and send it in. You can put in a app for every hunt if you wanted to, just have to pay a $26 app fee for each app.

Man never realized how expensive it was to hunt down there for coues deer. Could have a fully guided/outfitted coues hunt in Mexico for that R100-C tag.

I know there was talk about having to hire a guide for coues. Is that true? Or can we still do it DIY?
