520HUNT Report post Posted November 20, 2016 Ok, this is illegal, and very unethical. Looks like whoever has been dumping the apples and corn has been doing it for some time now. Time to come clean and clean this mess up. Can't believe someone would do this on the back side of Mt Lemon, so close to town.

MRL1984 Report post Posted November 20, 2016 Well we sure don't have probable cause of poaching from this photo. We might have it for feeding wildlife, assuming Pima has 280K residents. Here is a statute for feeding wildlife. 13-2927. Unlawful feeding of wildlife; classification A. A person commits unlawful feeding of wildlife by intentionally, knowingly or recklessly feeding, attracting or otherwise enticing wildlife into an area, except for: 1. Persons lawfully taking or holding wildlife pursuant to title 17 or pursuant to rules or orders of the Arizona game and fish commission. 2. Public employees or authorized agents acting within the scope of their authority for public safety or for wildlife management purposes. 3. Normal agricultural or livestock operational practices. 4. Tree squirrels or birds. B. This section applies in a county with a population of more than two hundred eighty thousand persons. C. Unlawful feeding of wildlife is a petty offense. 520HUNT Report post Posted November 20, 2016 The tree stand 30 yds away led me to believe it was a hunter. I haven't seen too many bird watchers or hippies using tree stands.
