where to buy 34a map

flatlands doesn't offer a map for this unit. Any suggestions on where i can get a 34a map? last time i went to wide world of maps it was a complete cluster f$%^&.....they were clueless.

Wide world of map is one of the most help stores you'll find . Sure you have to know what part of the state you want to look at. In the back of every store this is a large usgs map that grids out the state. In a 1:24k maps it will take several to cover a unit.

 

 

Only game and fish breaks down the state by units. Those numbers mean nothing to any one else.

 

To answer your question. Wide world of maps is the best place to get maps for 34a. Pay extra to have them laminated.

I love it. I'm sure there are other similar products that are comparable.

 

You can cache the map area you will be hunting so you don't need cell service.

Waypoints are transferable from google earth or from the app to google earth.

You can choose from a bunch of different types of maps.

And surprisingly, it doesn't chew up the phone battery as much as dedicated handheld gps units do.

AZ Hiking Shack on 32nd St and Thomas has a great selection of topo maps. They have the whole state on a grid like oz31p said. That way you can see which one(s) you need.

Sportsmans wharehouse has maps of that unit.Dont know how great they are but I believe they were $20
