NMBPMAN Report post Posted November 9, 2016 I'm selling my Oben BE-117T ball head. It has a separate panning lock. I bought it last year, it's been out in the field about five times. It's in great shape and is very smooth. It comes with a 3/8" to 1/4" reducer for the mounting hole.
