Big Browns Report post Posted October 30, 2016 I tried something new with some Dove last night. I marinated the Dove in Italian dressing for about a week. I cut the Dove into small pieces. I added some mild jalapeños and bell peppers from the garden. I cooked them for about a minute and they were done. They tasted Amazing!

muledeerarea33? Report post Posted October 30, 2016 I make my own Italian dressing but that's how I did them last year. Made kabobs and everyone ate! (Even the people who "hate dove")

dmoto Report post Posted October 31, 2016 Looks great! If you haven't checked out Hank Shaw's website on wild game cooking....he has a great dove enchilada recipe. It's simple and turned out really good when I made it a few weeks ago. http://honest-food.net/2016/09/06/dove-enchiladas-recipe/
