levers Report post Posted October 23, 2016 This is a JC Higgins model 1017 which is the Stevens 5100 or 311. It has the "very rare" Tenite (plastic stock). It's a 12 gauge with 30 inch barrels which are choked (I think) full & full. It is very similar to this item from gun broker. Mine is in good used condition.
