Cariceria La Cimi... Finish off tonight and then cool, pull, re-spice with paprika,, mild chili powder, crushed plum tomatos, and chill for saturdays dinner... Can always use extra citrus in the diet, brings back goood memories... vodka is a bonus... (Drank "screech", lime/gin mixture, with some Brits in Africa circa 1980's during alittle MEU exchange... no scurvey in unit, no regrets ( don't ask about the 'dance of the flaming arseholes" or the fly eating contest ) just some "lost" memories and life-long friendships....) 'Dance-of-the-flaming-arseholes" is an equal length of toilet paper inserted into the butt crack of two combatants, the "winner" is the one who keeps the flame burning the longest, extra points for form/style and verbal content... The "fly eating" contest was while over watching Refugee camp in Africa during some MEU exchange,with my British brothers in arms, catching and then eating the flies that covered everything, among the diseased/dead/decaying bodies... I quit at 9 and was forever branded as "Willing, but weak in commitment to the Group"'... Never figured out British humor, but I'll take it as a WIN for me... Semper Fi, Do or Die...
