After I read the article it looks like they will keep the Cabelas going so it may not be so bad after all. But it will get interesting for Cabelas with a Dicks opening up across the street. ready2hunt Report post Posted October 3, 2016 Bass Pro has a nice store- cabelas is better. Bass Pro sales suck- Black Friday especially is a joke. There are only a couple of guy I actually trust to give knowledgeable advice in their dept. at Bass Pro everyone else is either understaffed or just doesn't care.
