Leupold Golden Ring Optics

Does anyone out there have a Leupold Gold Ring spotting scope? I have a pair of their Gold Ring binos and they are very good quality optics, comparable to the Swarovski 10x42's. I am trying to find out how their Gold Ring spotting scopes are performing in the field, as everything looks great when you look through them in the store. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.

Just bought a 12x40 HD scope. It is bright and beautiful. I am very impressed so far but not too much feild time with it.

 

I like the case setup they come in also.

I bought a 30X60mm roof prism spotter years ago and still have it. It is great for packing and has always been a good scope. My boy started carrying it since I upgraded to the Swaro in 2002.... and with all he has put it through.... it still works great. They still have great products at Leupold.
