Looking for suggestions on skull carving/engraving

I have 2 skulls I would like to have engraved and inked. I am striking out at every turn. Looking for suggestions on great artists that might be doing something like this. I just flat dont have the ability. Willing to ship the skulls wherever. The people I have gotten in touch with either dont do it any more or if they do they seem to be so busy I cant even get a response.
