More D Report post Posted September 8, 2007 I have tried lots of stuff and what seems to work best for me are the TC line cleaners. TC Number 13 bore cleaner and the Bore Butter are excellent. The cleaner works wonders and the Bore Butter is great for storing the rifle. Give it a try.

Kevin Report post Posted September 8, 2007 Barney's Bore Shine for Black Powder. No matter if you're using black powder, 777, pellets, looseleaf, in line, flintlock whatever Barney's for Black Powder takes the work out of cleaning a muzzleloader. Just make sure to run a lubed patch through it before you store it. Kevin
