bowsniper Report post Posted September 11, 2007 There are two people on this forum that I've met that have more determination and dedication for these deer than anyone I've ever met......yourself and Bowsniper. That's interesting.... treestandman and I both fell out of our treestands. Maybe it's some kind of head injury that we both got?? Mark

COUESAZ Report post Posted September 11, 2007 25-06 you beat me to it man. you know the story i hear mike tell now is that he was actualy jumping down on a big buck to kill it with his knife, but you know how stories can change some. Mike glad to see you come back from such a bad injury to get a great buck. I would shoot that over a kiabab carp any day as well.

TREESTANDMAN Report post Posted December 9, 2007 I found out my late Kiabab tag didn't go to waste after all!! I donated my tag to the Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation and 14 yr old Michael Mowery jr was the lucky one to get this tag. His father wrote me a letter explaining his past trials and success on the hunt. "He was diagnosed with Lukemia at age 4. Was in Chemo for 5 years and had 2 relapses. 4 1/2 years ago he had a bone marrow transplant and has been cancer free since." Just wanted to say Congratulations to Michael on harvesting a beautiful 4*4 Muley buck! I wish I had a scanner so I could post his buck. I'm not sure if he visits this site but I want to say thank you for your letter of gratitude. It is humbling to know what trials other people have gone through. I have no regrets for taking this coues buck.
