Listening to the radio yesterday Kapernick commented on death threats he has received:

"If something like that were to happen, you've proved my point", said Kaepernick when asked about the possibility of the threats being acted upon.

"It'll be loud and clear why it happened," he said.

 

Talk like this....my prediction....Kapernick will announce his new muslim name in the near future!!!

He got exactly what he wanted out of his stunt. He kept his name in the news. His comments from the other day just upped his game since other players have joined him and stolen his lime light.

 

Sad part is is that other players who have taken the opposite approach have gotten little attention. This thing has grown some ugly legs and now entire team, a WNBA and a college V-ball team are kneeling in protest.

 

I remember when "Tebow-ing" became a thing and schools were cracking down on kids for emulating that. I doubt the same will happen with all the HS players who will be "taking a knee"

I do that too every Wednesday and Friday night..Come March I will be sporting my Team USA baseball gear in preparation for the Baseball World Classic that comes around every 4 years I love rooting for team USA..

There are so many athletes that arent liberals.. ESPN just doesnt care to talk about it.. I follow a lot of athletes on social media and heck a bunch of them are just like us.. For instance every Ohio Turkey season Carson Palmer will post pics of himself practicing with his bow in preparation for the turkey hunt in Ohio. Jarred Allen would do the same thing.. Heck even back in the day before social media you had Karl Malone who was an avid angler / hunter.. Doesn't Bo Jackson design archery equipment too? I hear you though ESPN is the worst at it..

I agree. There are good guys in pro sports.

 

How many white guys are kneeling on the sidelines during the anthem? Life events have repressed me in ways that these multi million dollar athletes probably couldn't relate to.And I am a white man, with no silver spoon. If I do something stupid enough to get shot by a police officer, I probably deserve it. The cop won't care what color I am. Mistakes can happen, but it is the media that fans those flames.

 

The majority of ,low wage, low information black people,,have been manipulated by the Democrats, and the media for decades. Blacks need to understand this, and do something about it. I don't feel sorry for any race that ,riots, loots, and commits acts of violence in protest. They are all being played.
