eagle#eyes Report post Posted September 21, 2016 Was pretty excited to get drawn for an archery tag with 1 loyalty point this year. Scouted and hunted hard but knew once I saw bone it would be tough for me to pass anything up. I was able to locate this guy from his bugles early in the morning, glassed him up bedded and screaming, and put a stalk on him through some dead falls and perfect wind. It couldn't have played out any better and it might not be the biggest bull, but I'm pretty excited. Especially on an archery hunt (my first archery bull was a spike on the 12th evening since I was trying to be picky). Luckily you didn't have to build points forever to get a tag.
