Ruger 77/44

Recommended Posts

Ruger 77/44

Bolt action .44 magnum.
Lots of work done to accurize this rifle.
Walnut stock, barrel floated and action bedded.
Trigger job. Pulls at a crisp 2 3/4 lbs
Front and rear sight have been removed, with the dovetails filled in professionally. all metal has been bead blasted and blued.
Pachmeyer Decelerator pad installed.
Removable rotary magazine, 4 +1 capacity

This is a lightweight (under 6lb) powerhouse capable of killing elk or bears at ranges up to 100 yds. Would make a great youth rifle. Recoil is very manageable for such a small lightweight package.

$650 FTF in the Tucson area.

Great rifles. When someone snags this badboy, I can get you the info on suppressing it integrally. I have one and shooting 44spc it is quieter then any air rifle. Had I not just got a 22mag, Id be building another 77/44.

At 100 yards, It is capable of keeping handloads inside of 1.5 inches (3 shots). Even down to an inch on a good day. Obviously load data will be included with the rifle.

That's very tempting. Been looking for a companion for my super RedHawk for a while. Suppressed, it would be a real blast.
