rclouse79 Report post Posted August 17, 2016 Hopefully nobody minds out of state posts. I have not found a hunting forum anywhere close to this one in Idaho. I had this guy come in to water with four smaller bucks the first day of the season around 1:30 and was able to shoot him at 20 yards from my blind. I can't believe I never hunted these guys before. It is a ton of fun and they are TASTY!

Allforelk Report post Posted August 18, 2016 Well done. I like to get close to speed goats, but don't bow hunt(yet). They are hands down my favorite to eat though. Just slightly above elk for taste in our house.
