Any Bison taken in the hunt that ended today

Anyone heard if any Bison were taken on the hunt that ended today? Also good luck to the archery hunters starting their hunts tomorrow.

You talking the Kaibab rifle hunt? I know of one bull that was killed 9 days into the hunt. Before that kill nobody had hardly seen anything. Take care

I had understood a week ago that no Bison had been taken. Sounds like things did not get a lot better.

Like BigBugPete said i know of One bull taken on Saturday, that was it as of Sunday when i left that i know of. The rain made it tough, We got drenching storms almost everyday and that kept them in the park. it was supposed to dry our Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday of this week so hopefully others filled their tag

I got a picture today of a young bull taken yesterday.

I think the final tally was two young bulls and one cow so 3 for 10. Tough conditions with rain almost every day. Two tags filled on the last day. One thing for sure is these hunts are not for your average weekend warrior. Takes a lot of commitment to get it done or a ton of luck probably a lot of both!

Not sure but I know that two guys from Yuma that did hire Russ on the last hunt did not get one.

The picture I had gotten was from a husband whose wife had the tag and they did not use a guide. I know they had talked with Russ and other hunters up there during the hunt.
