Microwave , A/C , 100 gallon fresh water , outside shower ,2 (7 1/2) gallon propane tanks,electric jack , 20' awning. It also has new tires with two new spares. I had a customer today that picked up their 5th wheel that want to look at it. So, may have a lead on an older but nice 5th wheel trailer up for sale soon.
