Coues gun done

I have topped it off with a vx 3 4.5-14×40

Thanks I have had the gun for a few years but someone else has always needed to use it so I will put down the ol trusty 25/06 and use it

I sure hope so it was a toss up between it and a 243 wssm but I think this one just won

Looks great, tough to beat a 243!

I know if I do my part she will do her part last weekend I shot the same load and had them floating all over put it on this stock and shot about 1/2" so thanks for the trade

Looking good. The good old 243 Win is one of my absolute favorite calibers. I've killed a lot of mulies, and eastern whitetails, and I've killed them all with my 243. I'm currently shooting the 95 gr Berger Classics with 42gr of H4350 out of my Howa, and I'm getting 3090 fps. I'll be taking my 243 on my 35B hunt this year. I'm hoping to tag my first coues buck. Great job on your rifle and good luck with your hunt this year.
