kazpilot25 Report post Posted July 28, 2016 If you're on promotive I'd recommend checking out the slumberjack cots. I love mine. On promotive you'll get a pretty good discount on them. I got mine and some sleeping bags on there.

muledeerarea33? Report post Posted July 29, 2016 I love my slumber jack cot! Works good half the year. The cold half though it's not good (like most cots) if your not in a tent with a heater. I don't have a heater and I prefer the truck to a tent. Lots of heat loss undeneath with a cot unless your in an environment with heat, either way the slumber jack is an amazing cot and I'm bigger than most regular people but still sleep good. You insulate the cot right? If you put a sleeping pad, heavy blanket or second second sleeping bag over the cot it usually mitigates most of it in cold weather... kazpilot25 Report post Posted July 29, 2016 I use a 4" memory foam mattress topper for a pad on my cot. Ordered a king size and cut it in half. You get two and they fit perfectly on the slumberjack cots.
