johnnie blaze Report post Posted July 29, 2016 You'd be surprised what you'll find by glassing crappy looking areas that others are passing up. And it don't have to be a very big canyon.

Lucafu1 Report post Posted August 2, 2016 you can pretty much go anywhere in the unit and find deer. its hard to find the big ones (for me atleast). i know where a big 4 pointer hangs out (if he is still alive). Ive been close to him out of season but when i go hunting i can never find him. i usually hunt 36A every year with the family but ill be in 32 this year looking for coues but mainly for sheep.

bigbuckclub Report post Posted October 16, 2016 36A is a great unit if you hunt it hard. Have been in that unit many times and last year alone and my brother shot a 100" buck (1st picture attached), my cousin took a 90" buck, and my buddy and his friend shot a 103" and a 118" out of there respectively. My biggest buck ever was 5 years ago in 36A and the 2nd picture attached. Scored 109 5/8". Needless to say, it's been a good unit for us. With that said, there are a ton of people in there and some years has been really tough to find good deer. Good luck.
