Here is a desert carp I stuck with my bow today. Shot him at 47 yards. Glassed him up beded down 1/2 mile away and decided to put a stock on him. I was chasing a bigger buck in the area but I guess when you have a chance you might as well take it when your bow hunting. Oh yeah deer hunting in august in the desert SUCKS!!!!!!!, can't wait for January to get here with cool temps

Love it when something comes together! Looks great! Been 7 years since a bowhunt for me, and due to circumstances may be another one, but that sure gets the fire burning!

Congratulations on a nice buck. I'm headed to Utah on Monday to go after some high country mulies and bear with my bow. The temps should be a lot nicer than the FIRE BOWL we live in.

I don't know where he is, but I was pig hunting in 37B yesterday, and at one point the thermometer in my truck read 114 degrees! Ick

Congrats,1 nice rack. I lasted about 6 hours in 36b with the 105 degrees and insect swarms.
