portal issue

so I got charged for 3 tags but my son's portal says no license info or tag or bonus points. mine and my wife both show our tags and all info anyone else have a similar problem?

Go into settings, edit profile, add huner Id number and SSN number and it will work

My I.D. and SSN are the same. I've tried portal and draw results and get a banner saying, Unbearable. I'll just stop in at HQ.

Call the main number and choose option 7(portal tech support). Just did the same thing for a junior hunter and the department had given them a different dept ID than his social. She was able to update his profile and he was then able to log in and his results were there. Took all of 2 minutes.
