Looking for an AC guy in the west valley

Fan motor went out on my upstairs unit . Tried turning the fan and it didn't spin as freely as it should . Went ahead and turned the unit on and tried to spin the fan to make sure it wasn't the fan capacitor and the fan didn't spin.
