Brow tine Report post Posted August 14, 2016 It's been a month how u guys doing. I'm down 18 lbs. In the last month. A total of 38lbs in last 6 months. I was 286 at 6' now 248. Still benching 305 and working out 6 days a week in the last month. Been doing a egg bake for breakfast sausage egg bacon elpato jalapeño onion. Cook sausage bacon mix it with a dozen eggs throw it in a cake pan bake cut in 6 pieces for the week. Hope u all are hitting ur goals. I was told the hardest lift is the one off the couch. PseAZ Report post Posted August 15, 2016 Congrats man. And your right finding the time and sticking with it seems to be the hardest. Im changing up my workout the last month before the hunts gunna try and cut as much as I can and eat super clean to gear up for the hunts.
