Float tube and windage adj. front sight base mods by Phil Arrington. 1-7" factory chrome lined barrel shot 1 MOA or less with irons when I did my part... and has a lot of life left in it.Also includes a spare Colt 16" HBAR flat top upper (1-9") and BCG with maybe 100 rounds thru it. Mike S Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Looks like a standard 20" HBAR A2 with flash hider. The float tube is concealed under the factory handguards as required by NRA Service Rifle rules which require the external dimensions/appearance to be as issued.
