Norteno Report post Posted July 14, 2016 Will this fit in the bed of a Tacoma? If not the trailer might cost more than the quad.
Flashgun Report post Posted July 14, 2016 My guess is probably with the tailgate down? I'm not positive though. I have a short bed Chevy and it was about a inch to long for my tailgate to close so I bought a LA guard dog truck hitch setup and left my tailgate down. I would throw in ramps and the guard dog hitch for another $125. The guard dog hitch holder works awesome. Even on rough forest roads
Flatlander Report post Posted July 14, 2016 I have hauled mine in a standard bed Tacoma, short bed Ford Ranger and my F150 supercrew 5.5' bed. All with the tailgate down. The winch sticks out too far for most short beds. In the compact trucks the quad has to go over the wheel wells. I have also built a stand to go under the front wheels that lifts the winch fair lead above the tailgate when I hauled trailers with a quad in the bed.
