.270 Report post Posted August 21, 2007 desert bull is just fulla wisecrackin' today ain't he. that's my job. what i meant to say, so you don't get confused, desert bull ya joker, is we got the tags we were lucky enough to get drrod for, but hadn't recieved the money back for the 3 sheep applincations and the 3 bison applications the we didn't get drood for. and like others, my wife is raisin' heck about it and has a ditch wore through the front lawn from checkin' the mailbox fer the money. it's sorta like she loans it to me and if it don't show up soon, she might start hittin' me with stuff till it does. when my kids were younger, application refunds were always school clothes money. once i got drood for a buncha stuff and had to sell a pickup for clothes. Spring 2008 Draw Information The deadline to submit applications for spring 2008 hunts (turkey, javelina, buffalo and bear) is Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007 at 7 p.m. (MST). Schmitty Report post Posted August 22, 2007 AZGFD needs to take lessons from the South Dakota Fish and Game. I applied online for a rifle antelope tag on August 10th. The draw took place on August 14th. Results were posted on August 15th. (BTW, I didn't draw) Received Refund check in today's mail; August 21. I was absolutely amazed. I guess they get enough from those high dollar small game (pheasant) licenses that they don't feel the need to earn a bunch of interest off of my money. Still waiting on my AZ sheep refund.
