Lance Report post Posted July 12, 2016 Cool experience to be that close to it. Yeah, Cows bugle all the time for lots of different reasons. Just like big bulls make cow chirps and mews. They all have the same tools for talking. Voices vary just like people, some cows are really good at it and have quite impressive bugles and others are kinda week.
