Plantar fasciitis insoles

Recommended Posts

I'm still wearing the insoles I bought from the Good Feet store 16 years ago. They weren't cheap but they guarantee them for life and will replace them if you need a different fit.

It's easy to over cushion them with too many inserts.

Lose weight. I've dropped 20 pounds since being fitted for the insoles and the foot and knee pain is pretty much null.

I fought this for 6 months. I used custom insoles, but also a sleeping boot. The boot keeps your foot in the stretched position. You can buy them at pharmacies.

+1 on the goodfeet store. I've eliminated all low back pain. Takes some getting used to it has been almost 15 years for me and I don't go anywhere without them.

I ordered the Vionic Relief insoles and wear them in a pair of ASICS nimbus 17's and also a pair for my danner 452 gtx's. Both shoes have high arch support. Also used the sleeping boot and that made the biggest difference along with stretching it all the time. I have been looking into acupuncture as well but it has been getting better on its own so far.
