jnobleinaz Report post Posted August 20, 2007 I would say the top buck would be close to 195 and the bottom buck at 187.

cramerhunts Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Tell your buddy thanks for letting you post those pigs and good luck this coming weekend. I am going to say right at 200" for the first and around 217 for the non typical. Great bucks no matter what the score. Thanks for sharing them with us. Ron G. Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Wow, awesome! And to think I wasn't already excited for archery deer season to get here. Seeing these pictures will not allow me to concentrate for the next week while I day dream of might be up hiding behind trees up there. In regards to score, I just know the shake factor would be VERY HIGH! Thanks for posting and tell your buddy to make sure he gives you the score after he gets one of these on the ground. Red Rabbit Report post Posted August 20, 2007 On the bottom buck, my choice due to the stickers, the back forks are not deep and the main beam is short. 185"?
Hunterdan Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Jim, Those are awesome Bucks! I would guess that they are around the 200 mark..
coueshunter Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Top buck right around 185 and non-typical around 210. Both fantastic bucks..............Allen Taylor..........
wetmule Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Great bucks for sure, I'd have to say some of the 190 -200 scores are a bit high for both. Always tough to tell from pics but I'd guess they both gross somewhere in the 185 - 190 range. Thanks for showing us
DesertBull Report post Posted August 20, 2007 I would hope that yor buddy does not hunt where these bucks are, or it will tick off half a million chinese people that are busy feeding them apples and taking pics. Your buddy is out of his mind if he hunts where these bucks are. Time to come clean on where they are at................
COOSEFAN Report post Posted August 21, 2007 Thanks for all the reply's guys....especially for thanking my buddy who allowed all of us to enjoy these monsters!!! It's always hard to judge a critter by just a couple pic's, but that non-typ is decieving and is bigger than some of us think! I think if that buck was standing across a canyon at about 100 yrds, the guesses on score would be higher. We aren't used to seein' bucks of that caliber up close like that, and I guarantee if there were a 180" frame buck standing next to him, it would put things into perspective! We obviously won't know until he gets shafted this weekend! I would guess 197" on the typical and 218" on the non-typ.......with a 5" plus or minus cushion for error on both And 300wsm....... for the record... these bucks and these photos are from a unit that can be legaly hunted starting this Friday Whether they are still there or not by then is still yet to be seen...... Nothing surprises me when dealing with Mule deer bucks of this caliber. Thanks again guys
