If hes not an ffl than he cannot finish machine a lower for somebody else. You can only do it for your own personal use. We just had some work at our shop get sent to someone else due to this fact.... and they did terrible work. There are jigs available for you to finish it yourself with a hand drill, there was a couple guys selling them at the crossroads gunshow when I went a couple years ago. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
