Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted August 24, 2007 Well, now I am on pins and needles..... Huntn' Coues & Mrs. HC are on their way out to the stand for opening morning!! The wait begins...... all day at work I will jump like a shot deer when my phone goes off!! Today is the day we all wait for..... and I enjoy being the support staff as much as I enjoy the hunting in the field..... today is day... the day we live for..... Opening Day!!!!!!!!!! Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted August 24, 2007 Just got a Text message from Mr. and Mrs. HC..... One deer all day, so far... it passed about 60 yds from them. And a hunter just walked in on them (2:45pm )... some people. The good news is that we have morning and evening buck pics.... I hope they sit tight.... for atleast a couple more hours...... Casey all you have to do is go to sportsmans WH some time and you will see Amanda. I spotted her Jeep first so she had no hope i knew she was in the store. Huntn coues Report post Posted August 27, 2007 Did not happen this weekend (dagnabbit) but we are going to hunt it later this week. My wife did very well even after sitting in the stand on Friday for 14 hours and 12 hours on Saturday and only 6 today. My butt was even sore There wasn't as much activity as I hoped for (maybe the full moon?????) I dunno But Hopefully she will post some pics soon Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I hope you can arrow that toad. Saturday my partner arrowed a small guy at 7:01 and we decided to wait an hour. During that hour 40 minutes into it at least 20 turkeys came in and I drilled one at 35 yds. It was fun. We did see our buck's but gave us no good opportunities. Good luck! erucker Report post Posted September 6, 2007 No pics, but we did get video of both. If I can find my conversion software I will try and post. You know Sunday morning we saw two dogs. I was totally shocked to see them they came in at 6:00 am they looked to be in good shape considering where we saw them. Have you ever seen them? There is not a house for miles.
