bmf1321 Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Personally, I mostly use range finders when scouting. I usually pick an object and guess the yardage then use the rangefinder to judge MY accuracy. By hunting season I am confident in my judging of distance and do not feel the need to use a rangefinder. Ballistic compensators in rangefinders just seem to be too complicated and I see it as being just another thing that can go wrong. I woud rather spend time in the field practicing.
