The bolt has had a sako extractor installed and the barrel is custom 24" with a quality crown job, but he can't recall the manufacturer, twist is 1:9 the stock is an older wood stock that has been bedded and free floated but is missing the sling studs. I have a group that he shot with it and it shot a nice clover leaf with the 168 Sierra. $450
