654321 Report post Posted May 30, 2016 Just finished 12 apps, after the first app I forgot to click on the expiration date for card and it thru the call customer service error, once I noticed what I had done i did the other 11 apps, it still showed error on all the other apps but it still worked. I did notice when I put wife and kids in that they weren't eligible for the point guard even though they have a portal account. Didn't care because I have no intention of using it anyway.
