PRED8R Report post Posted October 7, 2007 Well after four weekends of scouting and info gained on this forum I was able to have a great hunt. After seeing this buck so many times in the same place and realizing he was the biggest on the ranch where my tag was I was thrilled to harvest him on the opening day. I glassed him and his does up at first light and knew exactly where he was going. After waiting for him to chase off three other bucks I was able to move in close enough to let fly with the smoke pole. I scored him this morning @ 74" gross and 72.5 net which I am very happy with for my first goat. All the homework paid off, thanks to all the info from everyone, it was more helpfull the the NM dept. of g&f!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
