Thanks for the, "Welcome." And yes I am new to the site but not the sport. Part of the reason I joined is for input on problems such as these in the field. I'm outspoken about things I believe in and thus may not be very popular (Oh well). But if you want an honest oppinion on something I'll give it! And I'm sure most of you are friends, may take me a while to figure out what is serious and what is fun. But, I'll join in when I can and when I figure out how to use the site. Taken with a grain of salt, I'm not trying to piss anyone off. Look forward to the talks
