bigorange Report post Posted May 17, 2016 We camped at Winn Campground near Greer over Memorial Day a couple years back. AZ8 Report post Posted May 17, 2016 When I worked on the fire crew way back in the day, the holiday weekends were the worst. Woods Canyon was like a little Phoenix! Used to have a road block right at the road into Woods. Made a lot of people mad. Lol Anyways....get away from the lakes and you'll avoid the crowds. I'd camp somewhere north of the 300 rd.
