I hope you glassed up that deadhead so you didn't have to hike through that mess I actually was hiking through that crap and came upon him sitting there. That was the easy way down into that canyon. Saw a tree stand a few hundred yards below him. That area is an insane jungle gym of burned aspens but the elk love it and it is guaranteed sheds. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

core2 Report post Posted May 22, 2016 Went back for round 2 and scored. I found a clubbed shed from the same guy I picked up last June I think. Pics do not do this shed justice, it is 12+ lbs!
