jbone Report post Posted August 13, 2007 I went to check on my camera today and found that someone had taken mud from the base of the tree and covered the camera lens, you can see the finger prints in the mud. They didn't damge anything or take the card, they did this the same day I put the camera up. When I got home I had three pics of the individuals that did it. I had one stolen already this year about 2 miles from this one and I don't think it was them, because they did not take this one and it had no lock. It was also 1 mile from a road. I'll post there pics later. It's a husband, wife and a 13-15 year old boy. They look like animal lovers not hunters, but the pics are good and hopefuly someone will recognize them. Pissed me off!!! The bad thing is I used to love talking to fellow hunters while out in the field, but now I hate talking to people, because one of them could be the hunter who is stealing camera's in the area. azhuntnut Report post Posted August 14, 2007 This sure makes me nervous. I have five cameras out right now all around Flagstaff. One of them I forgot my cable and couldn't lock it up. Hopefully it will still be there when I check them this weekend. There are alot of people on this site that live in Flag, so hopefully somebody might recognize them.
