lionhunter Report post Posted April 29, 2016 My youngest drew a cow elk tag and we decided to change our 270 wsm from 130 gr accubonds to 140 gr accubonds for the added bc and mass. We started at 60 gr of 4350 and worked up to 62 gr. Got it clover leafing at 200 and went out to 450. Dialed moa that shooter pro called for and shot 1/4 low. Bumped it up 1/4 and he is ready!!!
cactusjack Report post Posted April 29, 2016 great shooting. Could I get a close up of the stock of that bad boy? Interested in the cheek weld.
lionhunter Report post Posted April 29, 2016 Nothing special about the stock.... Savage model 116. Cut a channel in the fore grip and fiberglassed bed a u shaped piece of aluminum to stiffin it up. Cheek is stock
