Pac8541 Report post Posted August 30, 2016 Is that with the broadheads on? Those cutthroats are awesome! I ordered some for my recurve. Nah man, if I'd have done that with broadheads I would've started a whole new thread!! This was just getting my pins set: 60 is as far as I go on my sight unless I try some of that voodoo pin sh!t some guys are doing. I've put off everything over what I can shoot in my backyard until I got these arrows built. I may try singles with broadheads tomorrow and see what happens. But, I lost an arrow in the grass today like, literally LOST the dammed thing because of the shallow angle it hit. I don't want to do that again. I spent 45 min on my hands and knees scratching at the grass like a crack whore who just dropped her rock. Not cool when each one totals about 17 bucks... WampusCat Report post Posted August 30, 2016 Hahaha, sounds like you need an Engineer with a CMD to swing by and find it for you. I'm all ears to see how those cutthroats fly for you at distance from a compound. I had amazing results with ramcats as far as POI shift (or lack of) from field points. I want to start shooting those skinnies but I can't bring myself to do the outsert thing. Your results may sway my thinking.
