Quick question for people in the know..... My wife and I applied in wyoming last year and were not drawn. I do not want to apply this year because each of us drew a tag this year for AZ. Do we now purchase a preference points so our odds our better next year? If so, when should I do that.

Except that it takes 4 frikkin points to draw now. Used to be 1 point. Not even that good of a unit.
