cactusjack Report post Posted April 21, 2016 I put in with my brother in law and a couple of his friends and we were lucky enough to draw Unit 8 Sept Archery Bull. How can you help me? Well, Im going to create a spread sheet with all the best hunting spots and huge bulls that you all have located. All I need from you, is GPS coordinates, pictures and schedules of the bulls, and what hunting gear you want me to use of yours. In return you will get a hand shake and I will post the info on the web so the whole world can find our secret spots.
Allforelk Report post Posted April 21, 2016 All of the elk in unit 8 gather on Wagon Tire Flat in September for the annual pre rut meeting. I have designed and will build for you a mounted bow that shoots a 5 ft fletched projectile, you will need to provide your own flatbed. Keep in mind you will be needing a F-450 or something of similar size. Effective range should run about 400 yards+.
