Maverick351 Report post Posted April 20, 2016 Well tj that's what I saw too only I was looking for the Aug hunt during deer, but in the seminar we attended there was a flyer stating 23 was switched to a draw tag for 2016. The flyer you saw was for the youth camp and stated that the special youth hunt in 23 is by draw only and is not over the counter for the youth only hunts. From the spring regs the over the counter archery hunt is open for a bearded turkey May 6 - May 19, 2016 in units 1, 4A, 4B, 6A, 12A, 23, and 27.
