core2 Report post Posted April 20, 2016 Returned to my honey hole expecting a bunch of browns but only loaded up on hard whites and chalks. The spot I am hunting is right near snow lines. Did they drop up higher due to the warm spring this year maybe? I pulled one huge brown out of this spot in March, last year I pulled six from the same location so I am stumped. Second pic is the brown I pulled in March.

Non-Typical Solutions Report post Posted April 20, 2016 One thing that is so frustrating is to go to your honey hole and find whites....which means that I must have been day dreaming last time I was in there.......cool finds thanks for keeping the hope up for those of us stuck in the rut of life!!!
Elkaddict Report post Posted April 20, 2016 Yep, by summertime you figure they've all been picked up. Then you go out in the spring and find whites! Go figure.
Alpinebullwinkle Report post Posted April 20, 2016 They are never all picked up. Hunters in our area go home each year with nice sheds in their trucks!
