Viper Report post Posted April 15, 2016 I want to give a big kudos to Kuiu and Tim. I ordered the Icon Pro 3200 and received it just a few days later. I had a couple issues with the fit, so I posted on their FB page. Tim responded promptly and asked me to call him. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We decided I may need the regular frame instead of the tall, so Tim expedited the order and I had it in two days. I now have a better fit that should work for me.
