looked like it could have been avoided if he just pulled over and didnt hit and run the guy. doing a hit and run on a new orleans drug dealer at 2am, bad idea.

 

It almost looked like he didnt hit him at all.. Just so much wrong with the whole story.. Apparently the guy who shot him sued the city and police department for killing his father. Turns out a few days earlier Smith was seen at a restaurant eating with the police officer who killed the dudes father..

And in the wacky world of libtards mine and your gun is at fault and needs to be confiscated.
